Some doors only open from the inside.
Thursday night, 11:40 p.m. The streetlights on Aldermere Close go out, and a little girl says yes to something at the foot of her bed.
Across town, in a derelict dockside warehouse, a crew of professionals waits for the buyers who will pay £450,000 for three stolen women. They are careful men. They have a plan, a timetable and a rule: nobody goes outside.
What they do not know is that the thing that emptied Aldermere Close has found them. The buyers are due at midday. It will not need that long.
Contains scenes of abduction, human trafficking, violence and cruelty.
